SOCIAL CONTENT & ADS
Show useful work. Give customers a clear reason to respond.
Social content and paid advertising serve different jobs. Organic posts can explain your services and answer customer questions. Paid campaigns put an agreed message in front of a defined audience. Both need truthful content and a clear next step.
When this is worth discussing
Useful when posting is inconsistent, content does not explain your services, or advertising sends people to an unclear contact path. The starting discussion is the work you want to attract, the area you serve and the evidence you can actually show.
What your proposal needs to define
- Social content and ad management are shared services in Essential, Standard and Pro, alongside website care, SEO and inquiry follow-up.
- Essential includes 4 total social posts per month, Standard 8 and Pro 12. Your written proposal confirms the scope and limits.
- The proposal confirms platforms, campaign scope, content responsibilities, approval arrangements and other limits. The post totals do not imply unlimited campaigns, channels or revisions.
What we need from you
- Priority services, service area and intended audience
- Business and project photos you have rights to share, with accurate details behind each claim
- A designated approver and any brand or customer-confidentiality restrictions
- Existing platform ownership and secure account invitations when needed
- An agreed advertising budget, separate from management fees
Illustrative example—not client work or results. Actual deliverables, including any reporting, depend on your agreed scope.
An illustrative four-post plan counted within your monthly total
- Post 1: explain a service and who it is suitable for
- Post 2: answer a common question before someone requests a quote
- Post 3: show a project photo you have rights to share, with only verified details
- Post 4: explain what information helps your team respond to an inquiry
How the work is approached
Discuss the audience and objective, agree on scope and advertising budget, then review proposed messaging and permitted media before publishing or campaign launch. Review actual recorded outcomes and data gaps before proposing the next work. Reporting deliverables and cadence remain subject to the proposal.
